Provide L1 / L2 application support for MSME & Wheels applications across 24x7 rotational shifts . Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field Hands-on experience in log analysis,SQL queries,debugging,and monitoring tools Preferred candidate profile 2 5 years of experience in application support (preferably in BFSI / MSME domain)
