About the job: We are looking for a talented and experienced Associate Architect to join our team at SK VENTURES TURNKEY PROJECT. As an Associate Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects. You must have a strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch, V-Ray, Autodesk 3ds Max, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, MS-Office, Autodesk Revit, 3D Modeling, Interior design, Rendering, Effective Communication, Attention to Detail, Architectural Drafting, Adobe Illustrator, and Google SketchUp. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and create detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. 2. Utilize 3D modeling software such as SketchUp and 3ds Max to create realistic renderings of proposed designs. 3. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each project. 4. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and within budget. 5. Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance presentations and marketing materials for client meetings. 6. Conduct site visits to assess the progress of construction and make necessary adjustments to designs. 7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed expectations.
