About the role
Location: Delhi NCR/Remote Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract ABOUT THE ROLE: We're building an AI-first creative engine to generate, test, and scale high-performing marketing creatives. We're looking for an AI Creative Technologist who can build persistent AI characters, automate creative production workflows, and continuously optimize ad creatives using creative performance data and scale our brand and performance ad creatives. You will leverage Claude's Model Context Protocol (MCP) and developer environment to trigger video/static generations directly through Higgsfield. You will bridge the gap between production and performance by interpreting creative data from Motion (Creative Analytics platform) to rapidly iterate on high-ROAS marketing variations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Train, build, and deploy consistent, reusable AI characters and personas using Higgsfield's advanced character capabilitiesInterface Claude with Higgsfield via Model Context Protocol (MCP), custom APIs, or automated workflows to generate high-quality AI videos and static creatives directly from scripts and written copyBuild and maintain scalable AI automation workflows using MCP, Make.com, custom API endpoints, or similar workflow automation platformsAnalyze creative fatigue, Thumb-Stop Rate, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, and top-performing creative angles using Motion (Creative Analytics Platform)Translate creative performance insights from Motion into optimized prompts for Claude to continuously generate fresh, high-performing ad variationsEnsure all AI-generated media meets premium visual, creative, and brand-quality standards before publishingCollaborate closely with creative and performance marketing teams to rapidly test, optimize, and scale winning ad creatives REQUIREMENTS: Hands-on experience with the Higgsfield ecosystem (API, CLI, or Web App) for cinematic AI image and video generationHigh proficiency in prompt engineering using Claude or other leading LLMsStrong understanding of Claude's Model Context Protocol (MCP), Make.com, custom API integrations, or similar AI automation workflowsHands-on experience using Motion (Creative Analytics Platform) to evaluate and optimize creative performanceStrong understanding of Meta paid social advertising and creative performance metrics, including CTR, Thumb-Stop Rate, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, Creative Fatigue, and ROASAbility to translate creative analytics into scalable AI-generated marketing assets and creative iterationsExceptional attention to detail with a strong eye for visual quality, consistency, and brand aesthetics NICE TO HAVE: Experience with Motion Creative AnalyticsFamiliarity with Meta Ads Manager and performance marketingExperience creating reusable AI characters and creative systemsBasic scripting or API integration knowledge PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 25+ years of experience in AI creative production, creative automation, performance marketing, or marketing technologyExperience working with AI image/video generation tools and automation platformsPassion for Generative AI, creative technology, and building scalable AI-powered creative systems If you're passionate about combining AI, automation, creativity, and performance marketing to redefine how high-performing ads are created and scaled, we'd love to hear from you.
