As an Operations Program Manager Data Infrastructure at Skild AI, your role will involve designing and scaling operational processes to support the development of our robotics foundation model. You will be responsible for building and standardizing scalable operational processes across data collection sites, warehouses, and annotation workflows. Your focus will be on driving process excellence initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, throughput, and operational reliability. Additionally, you will design SOPs, QA systems, metrics frameworks, escalation protocols, and operational dashboards. Collaboration with operations, infrastructure, research, and vendor teams to operationalize large-scale data programs will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Build and standardize scalable operational processes across data collection sites, warehouses, and annotation workflows - Drive process excellence initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, throughput, and operational reliability - Design SOPs, QA systems, metrics frameworks, escalation protocols, and operational dashboards - Partner cross-functionally with operations, infrastructure, research, and vendor teams to operationalize large-scale data programs Qualifications Required: - 45 years of experience in process engineering, program management, or operations excellence - Strong foundation in Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and operational optimization - Background in automotive, manufacturing, supply chain, or other process-intensive industries - High ownership mindset with strong analytical and execution capabilities At Skild AI, we are on a mission to build the world's first general purpose robotic intelligence.
