About the Job: Varahe Analytics Private Limited is hiring a Data Analyst HR Department with experience of 4+ years to join their office in Noida. This is a short-term contractual role for 11 months involving HR data analysis, dashboard creation, predictive insights, and supporting strategic HR initiatives across projects in India. Eligibility Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an HR department. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools. Strong understanding of HR metrics, processes, and best practices. Experience with HRIS systems such as Zimyo, Keka, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred. Proficiency in Python or Apps Script with at least 3 years of experience. Strong spreadsheet and automation skills. Ability to build machine learning models using historical data. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication skills to present data insights effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Willingness to travel or work on deputation for project requirements. Ability to start immediately and work onsite. Role and Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators. Collaborate with HR and other teams to provide actionable insights for process improvement. Assist in designing and implementing HR analytics tools and platforms. Conduct predictive analysis to anticipate future HR trends. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through best practices in data management. Support HR projects with data-driven recommendations.
