As a savvy Technologist joining our team, your role will involve expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture to support our business and data analysts across various analytics and machine-learning projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating and maintaining CRM components on a distributed platform - Developing and managing database entities for diverse functionalities - Building and maintaining an efficient data pipeline architecture for extracting, transforming, and distributing data from multiple sources - Identifying, designing, and implementing enhancements and automations to optimize data processing, storage, and availability while ensuring scalability - Collaborating with stakeholders such as Senior Management, Technology, and Client teams on data-related projects and issues In order to be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Core JAVA - Demonstrated expertise in database development on major RDBMS platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, DB2) including designing schemas, complex procedures, data scripts, SQL query authoring, and performance optimization - Strong fundamentals in application design, architectures, and logic building - Profound understanding of data modelling - Experience with ETL tools like Ab Initio, Informatica, etc. would be beneficial - Excellent analytical and quantitative skills - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Sound knowledge of software development and system implementation life cycle - Proficiency in project management and organizational skills - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment - Ability to develop support materials for applications to enhance overall knowledge sharing within the group Join us and contribute to our exciting journey of data-driven innovation and growth!
