In this role at Wealth Management and Investment Management Technology (WMIMT), you will be responsible for delivering technology solutions and services to support the Investment Products and services business within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Your primary focus will be on aligning technology with businesses such as Mutual Funds and s. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 4 to 8 years of experience in Java Programming Language (Java 7, 8) with Object-Oriented Design and Spring Framework. - Demonstrate your understanding of RESTFul Services development. - Apply your knowledge of asynchronous requests, multithreading, and related issues to resolve them effectively. - Utilize your understanding of web and web programming principles, including cookies, sessions, etc. - Familiarize yourself with tomcat, servlet model, and their limitations. - Apply your understanding of basic algorithms and data structures effectively. - Demonstrate good analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. - Showcase valuable communication and collaboration skills, showing your willingness to ask questions and work well in a team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science/Engineering. Desired Skills: - Familiarity with modern web development tools including JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap. - Knowledge of Git and Linux/Unix commands would be an added advantage.
