Senior System Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for having a sound knowledge of UPI Payments and understanding new business, regulatory, and market requirements to support BRD creation. You will engage with application vendors for the implementation of new enhancements and timely issue resolution. Interacting with internal and external stakeholders for the smooth operation of the UPI payment system within the bank will also be a part of your role. Additionally, you will provide technical and functional support to QA for UAT testing, maintain UPI Payments repositories and documents, and work on improving and enhancing UPI Payments based on changing industry trends. Supporting new implementations and payment system transformation projects will also be a key responsibility.
