Salesforce Business Analyst

Role Overview The Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business units and the IT team for the Salesforce and Fonteva platform. This role owns the intake to ready backlog process: capturing business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and determining whether native configuration or custom development is the right path, freeing senior IT leadership from day to day requirements work. Key Responsibilities Partner with membership, events, education, marketing, and finance stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize Salesforce and Fonteva requirements Assess whether needs can be met through native configuration (flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports and dashboards, Fonteva product and order setup) versus custom development Produce functional specs, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and admin or developer ready work items Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to map current state and define future state processes Maintain documentation of the data model, object relationships, and business rules across membership, events, and commerce Support UAT planning and execution to confirm solutions meet documented needs Identify process improvement and platform optimization opportunities across departments Stay current on Salesforce releases and Fonteva updates and advise stakeholders on new capabilities Create and maintain BRDs, process maps, and configuration and customization specs Translate approved needs into well defined backlog items with dependencies and handoff detail Compensation: 35,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surat, Gujarat (Surat) .
