About the role
This position will report to QA Manager and provide technical leadership and hands-on testing of our product. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in IT Company and education in engineering field (BE, B Tech, MCA). She/he will have a track record of success in authoring and testing of test cases and test plans. We are looking for an individual responsible for testing Test Engine and web application. Responsibilities Author test cases and test plans. Execute test cases. Defect submission/verification. Perform functional, regression and performance tests. Make recommendations on methodologies and approaches to continuously improve overall product quality. Skills Understanding of web applications (Java area). Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. A self-starter who is enthusiastic about working for a start-up company. Capable of working with minimum supervision and effectively manage own deliverables and take on a lead role. Education Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience in Information Technology or related disciplines Compensation Commensurate with experience and skills .
