About the role
Holds Bachelors / Masters in Mechanical Engineering / Aerospace Engineering. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience gained within an engineering discipline, ideally. Within an aerospace environment and in multi-disciplinary engineering project teams. (Design/Analysis, Testing Manufacturing). Expert Proficiency in creating 3D models, 2D Definition in Siemens TeamCenter and NX. Expert Proficiency in creating 3D Models, 2D product drawings independently. Expert Knowledge and Application of GDT (ASME Y14.5) Expert Knowledge in stack-up analysis. Knowledge of modelling composite structures preferably in NX. Knowledge and exposure to component change management processes. Experience in Model Based Definition (MBD/ PMI) methods. Experience in definition and design of jet engine components, detailed model Preparations.
