About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Prepare architectural plans from concept to finalisation based on project briefs 2. Develop sections, elevations, and detailed drawings 3. Apply knowledge of construction details, methodologies, and materials 4. Prepare BOQ and conduct cost analysis 5. Work using AutoCAD and rendering tools such as SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop 6. Take initiative as a self-starter with honesty and willingness to learn 7. Visit project sites when required, document progress, verify work as per drawings, and report issues to the chief architect 8.
