Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer – Subject Matter Expert III to design and implement AI/ML solutions that enhance enterprise healthcare applications and operational workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning, Generative AI, cloud-native AI platforms, and enterprise system integration.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions

Build scalable AI services and APIs in cloud environments

Collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify AI opportunities

Develop and optimize machine learning models and pipelines

Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready

Support model evaluation, monitoring, and performance tuning

Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI best practices

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of software engineering experience

3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience

Strong programming skills in Python or Java

Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI platforms

Experience with AWS cloud services and AI/ML tooling

Knowledge of API development and cloud-native architectures

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions

• Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines

• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments

Compensation

The expected compensation range for this position is $120,000 – $180,000 annually. Compensation is determined in good faith and may vary based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, clearance level, labor category alignment, contract requirements, work location, internal equity, and business needs.
