Senior Guidewire ClaimsCenter Data Analyst

As a Senior Claims Data Analyst with strong Guidewire ClaimCenter and P&C insurance experience, your role will involve driving data accuracy, insights, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for: - Analyzing large commercial P&C claims datasets to identify trends and issues - Building dashboards and reports using Tableau / Power BI / QlikView - Performing root-cause analysis and recommending data-driven improvements - Supporting data mapping, migration, ETL, and reconciliation in Guidewire ClaimCenter - Acting as a moderator for ClaimCenter master data mapping & integrations - Collaborating with IT, data engineering, and business stakeholders - Presenting insights clearly to leadership and non-technical audiences To excel in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in claims data analysis (insurance / P&C preferred) - Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter - Expertise in SQL / PL-SQL / T-SQL and ETL tools - Advanced Excel skills (VBA, Power Query) - Experience with data visualization tools - Solid understanding of P&C insurance concepts Additionally, it would be nice to have experience in: - Python / SAS, predictive analytics, ML exposure - AI tools and automation This job is a Full-Time Contract position with a duration of 12 months or more, requiring you to work 40 hours per week from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST, 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday. You will be working in the office for 3 days a week in Pune, India.
