About Us Skybound Wealth Management is a global financial advisory firm with offices across the UK, USA, Europe, Switzerland, Middle East, and Asia. We deliver bespoke advice to internationally mobile clients, backed by specialist teams in financial planning, wealth creation, and investment management. Role Overview We are seeking a technically capable and proactive IT Administrator to join our team in Mumbai. This stand-alone position plays a vital role in maintaining and supporting the Groups IT infrastructure, coordinating with departments across all international offices. The role also acts as the primary liaison with our outsourced IT support provider, Microbyte, ensuring service quality and issue resolution. Our IT setting is built on Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint and OneDrive, with a mix of laptops and desktops across our operations. Key Responsibilities IT Systems & Support Provide first-line support to staff across all offices for hardware, software, and access issues Set up and configure laptops and desktops, ensuring readiness for recent starters and role changes Manage user accounts, permissions, and licences within Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive Maintain device security and enforce company IT and data protection policies Operational Collaboration Work closely with HR and Operations teams on IT requirements for starters, leavers, and internal promotions Ensure timely provisioning and deactivation of user accounts and equipment Support onboarding processes with appropriate IT setup and documentation Service Management Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for our outsourced IT provider - Microbyte, ensuring support issues are tracked and resolved Escalate and follow up on unresolved IT issues through the correct channels Coordinate small projects or requests with Microbyte, such as system upgrades or configuration changes Asset & Licence Management Maintai .
