Product Manager II | B2B SaaS | API & Integrations / Gaming Consoles Remote | Immediate Joiners We are looking for an experienced Product Manager II to join a rapid-growing product team and help shape the future of customer support and helpdesk technology . Experience Required: 5-7 Years What We're Looking For: Proven Product Management experience in B2B SaaS products Strong understanding of Customer Service, Help Desk, and Support workflows Experience owning and delivering products in the $25M-$100M ARR stage Expertise in Agile product development and roadmap execution Strong stakeholder management across Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and UX teams Data-driven decision-making and customer-centric product thinking Mandatory Domain Experience (At least one): API & Integrations Gaming Consoles Key Responsibilities: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap Drive product adoption, retention, renewals, and growth Gather insights from customers, sales, and customer success teams Work closely with engineering and design teams to build and launch impactful features Analyze product performance and customer feedback to improve user experience Product Manager II | B2B SaaS | API & Integrations / Gaming Consoles Remote | Immediate Joiners We are looking for an experienced Product Manager II to join a rapid-growing product team and help shape the future of customer support and helpdesk technology .
