Power BI Developer

As a Strategic Automation and Insights Partner, you will play a crucial role in converting raw data into meaningful insights to drive business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding business requirements in the BI context and designing data models for effective conversion of raw data. - Creating interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI to present data insights. - Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitoring them. - Analyzing data to generate reports that facilitate decision-making processes. - Converting business requirements into technical specifications and defining timelines for task completion. - Designing, developing, and deploying Power BI scripts for detailed analysis. - Performing DAX queries and functions within Power BI for data manipulation. - Creating charts and documenting data with detailed explanations of algorithms, parameters, models, and relations. - Conducting data warehouse development and optimizing SQL queries for best results. - Utilizing filters and graphs to enhance data understanding. - Defining and designing new systems through analysis of current ETL processes. - Implementing technical changes in existing BI systems to improve their functionality. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree from a three/four-year College or university. - Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in Power BI Development. - Good expertise in MS SQL Development. - Proficiency in SSIS and SSRS.
