Principal Product Manager

As a Principal Product Manager, your role will involve leading the complete product lifecycle from ideation to execution and adoption. You will drive product design and development for creative enterprise software solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to prioritize opportunities and ensure successful delivery will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Gathering customer insights and market feedback to shape product strategy, analyzing product performance and data to drive decision-making, and creating detailed and actionable product requirements for Engineering and Design teams will be crucial tasks. Additionally, aligning stakeholders on priorities, roadmap, and delivery expectations, as well as conducting competitive and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities in Procurement, are important responsibilities you will handle. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field, along with 8+ years of experience in enterprise software with 6+ years in Product Management. Strong B2B SaaS product management experience is preferred, and a proven track record of launching successful products and driving adoption is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience with product roadmaps, backlog management, and product vision execution are also necessary. Hands-on exposure to Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Aha! is a plus. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment will be an advantage, and experience in P2P software or Hospitality domain is an added benefit.
