About the role
Role & responsibilities Planned and executed end-to-end 3DEXPERIENCE platform upgrades across development, QA, staging, and production environments. Performed pre-upgrade assessments, environment validation, compatibility analysis, and upgrade readiness checks. Installed, configured, and upgraded 3DEXPERIENCE platform components, including ENOVIA and CATIA applications. Applied HotFixes, Fix Packs, and Functional Delivery updates as per project requirements. Coordinated with infrastructure, database, and application teams to ensure successful upgrade execution with minimal downtime. Validated application functionality through post-upgrade smoke testing and system health checks. Monitored application performance and resolved upgrade-related issues using logs and troubleshooting techniques. Performed backup and recovery activities before and after upgrade implementation. Managed WebLogic, Apache, and Tomcat configurations required for platform deployment and upgrades. Supported Oracle database connectivity, schema validation, and database-related upgrade activities. Developed and executed automation scripts using Shell Scripting, MQL, and TCL to streamline upgrade tasks. Prepared upgrade documentation, implementation plans, rollback procedures, and knowledge transfer documents. Provided production support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution following upgrade deployments. Preferred candidate profile 6 to 10 years of experience in Dassault Systmes 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA platform implementation, administration, or upgrade projects. Hands-on experience in planning and executing 3DEXPERIENCE platform upgrades, migrations, installations, and environment setup. Strong knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE architecture, deployment processes, and platform administration.
