Senior Full Stack Engineering Manager

Days working - 5 days in a week Shift Timings - US Shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST) Location -Mohali Work from office only A Senior Full Stack Engineering Manager is responsible for both leading engineering teams and remaining technically involved in building software. They bridge the gap between business strategy and engineering execution. Their responsibilities typically include: * Managing a team of full-stack engineers (hiring, mentoring, performance reviews, career development). * Owning the technical delivery of products from planning through deployment. * Designing and reviewing system architecture to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability. * Writing code when needed, particularly for complex features, critical bugs, or proof-of-concepts. * Reviewing pull requests and enforcing engineering standards and best practices. * Collaborating with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to define priorities. * Breaking large initiatives into technical roadmaps and assigning work. * Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within quality standards. * Monitoring application performance, reliability, and incident response. * Driving improvements in CI/CD, testing, observability, and development processes. * Managing technical debt while balancing new feature development. * Helping recruit, interview, and onboard senior engineering talent. * Making decisions on technologies, frameworks, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
