Role Overview: Sleek, through proprietary software and AI, focuses on customer delight to make the back-office operations easy for micro SMEs. Sleek, established in 2017, currently serves around 15,000 customers across its offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK. Key Responsibilities: - Ship at least 23 meaningful product improvements end-to-end, owning features or enhancements from discovery to design, build, launch, and iteration with clear problem framing and rationale - Make product decisions consistently based on user insight by regularly utilizing user research, usability testing, or qualitative feedback in product decisions - Establish a strong working cadence with engineering by ensuring clarity on problem statements, scope, and trade-offs, leading to reduced rework and ambiguity during delivery - Raise the product quality bar by minimizing UX regressions, improving flows, handling edge cases better, and enhancing internal confidence in product decision-making Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of overall experience in building digital products - Significant experience in UX/product design followed by product management responsibilities - Proven track record of shipping and iterating on products used by customers - Experience working closely with engineering in agile or lean teams - Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and usability - Ability to operate with limited structure and high ambiguity - Clear communicator with good product judgment - Bias toward execution and continuous improvement Additional Company Details: Sleek emphasizes humility and kindness in its workplace culture, promoting a diverse and inclusive environment.
