What You'll Do: Lead and contribute to UKG (Kronos) WFM implementation and enhancement projects Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions Configure and support: Timekeeping Pay Policies Accruals Scheduling Leave Management Support Workforce Central to Workforce Dimensions migrations Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams for integrations and data validation Support SIT, UAT, Parallel Runs, and Go-Live activities Provide post Go-Live support and resolve functional issues Partner with client stakeholders on change requests and continuous improvements Who You Are: 8+ years of hands-on experience with UKG (Kronos) Functional Consulting Exposure to global implementations ( EAST ASIA PACIFIC regions) Strong expertise in Timekeeping and Accrual configurations Experience with Workforce Central and/or Workforce Dimensions Solid understanding of Pay Rules and Leave Policies Experience with UKG–Payroll / HRMS integrations Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
