About the role
You will be responsible for understanding Business Requirements and converting them into Web Pages using HTML, CSS, JS, and Photoshop/Illustrator. It is essential to have a minimum of 5 Web Pages Designed/Shipped/Live. Additionally, you will be expected to mentor/lead junior webpage designers regarding best practices. Desired Traits: - Coachable, Flexible, and Embracing of Suitable Practices and Feedback as a means of continuous improvement. - Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment. - Able to demonstrate Integrity, Drive, and Natural Curiosity. - Experience in a good web agency is a plus.
