Job Summary - Oracle Cloud OTL (Time & Labor) and Absence Management Consultant Location: Bangalore Experience: 912 years Oracle Cloud OTL (Time & Labor) and Absence Management Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in US-based implementations and support projects, working as a primary resource responsible for delivering endtoend solutions in Time & Labor and Absence modules. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, configuration, fast formulas, reporting, and production support, along with the ability to interact with stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) and Absence Management implementations and support engagements Act as the primary functional consultant for OTL and Absence modules in both implementation and support projects Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into system configurations Configure and manage: Time entry rules, time calculation rules, and approval workflows Absence plans, accruals, eligibility profiles, and absence types Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for OTL and Absence use cases Design and generate BI Publisher (BIP) reports for business and compliance needs Perform unit testing, SIT, and UAT support, including defect resolution Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements Create and maintain functional documentation, including configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as Payroll, Benefits, and HR Required Skills & Qualifications 710 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong focus on: Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Oracle Absence Management 2 US Implementation projects as a primary resource handling OTL & Absence 3 US Support projects as a primary support consultant Strong Expertise in OTL and Absence configurations Fast Formula development (Time & Labor and Absence) BI Publisher (BIP) report creation and customization Good understanding of US business processes, compliance, and labor laws related to time and absence Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Experience in client interaction and stakeholder management Job Summary - Oracle Cloud OTL (Time & Labor) and Absence Management Consultant Location: Bangalore Experience: 912 years Oracle Cloud OTL (Time & Labor) and Absence Management Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.
