About the role As a C# .Net Backend Developer , you'll design and build backend systems with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability. You'll implement best practices to deliver high-quality, performant solutions; write and maintain efficient, reusable code; monitor delivery to ensure solutions meet business requirements and agreed timescales; proactively mentor and support teammates; identify and resolve bottlenecks and defects; and produce clear documentation to aid knowledge transfer.
