About the Role We are seeking a Principal Engineer to define and drive the company's technical strategy, ensuring the platform scales effectively with business growth. Working closely with the Engineering Manager, you will lead architectural direction, make critical platform decisions, and deliver high-impact engineering initiatives that create long-term business value. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and engineering leadership to align technical investments with business objectives, establish engineering standards, and foster a culture of technical excellence. This role also owns the AI strategy across both engineering workflows and product capabilities, helping shape the future of the platform and the wider business.
