Sap Abap Technical Team Lead

CTC: Upto or more 27 LPA Notice Period: 30 - 90 Days Technical Skills: -5-12 Years Exp in SAP ABAP Cloud (RAP, CDS, OData, Clean Core principles) - Experience integrating LLMs and AI services into applications - Experience building RAG pipelines, embeddings, and contextual retrieval - Strong software engineering fundamentals (design, testing, CI/CD) - Experience with SAP BTP, eventing, APIs, and cloud-native services - Familiarity with agent frameworks or custom orchestration logic - Exposure to vector databases, search, or semantic indexing (SAP native or external) - Knowledge of enterprise security, authorization, and compliance patterns Other Skills: - Build agentic AI workflows: tools, planners, memory, orchestration, evaluation loops - Design prompts, grounding strategies, fallback logic, and safety boundaries - Translate business problems into AI-enabled SAP solutions - Build evaluation frameworks (offline/online) for AI behaviors - Set up observability: telemetry, logging, failure analysis - Prototype fast, deploy iteratively into production
