Engineering Manager Zephyr About the role: As an Engineering Manager you will promote a culture of collaboration and innovation leading to success. Your teams will span multiple locations. Lead, coach, and mentor engineers developing both existing and new initiatives across the Zephyr portfolio. Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within your team. Partner closely with PMs, UX, and peer engineering teams to deliver impactful business outcomes. Drive continuous improvement throughout the full software development lifecycle. Apply Agile methodologies to ensure efficient delivery, testing, and deployment. Define and measure processes and metrics that ensure market readiness and customer value. We are looking for you if you have: 10+ years of experince, with atleast 3+ years of experience managing software development teams. Background in SaaS companies with distributed teams preferred. BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Strong software development experience and ability to coach engineers. Knowledge of public and private cloud technologies.
