About the role
Primary responsibility is to ensure the IT infrastructure and security operations of the assembly plant is functional 24/7 Ability to manage and troubleshoot 1. local/cloud servers and client laptops 2. Windows domain server and uses : WAN/LAN 3. IOT devices used in assembly line 4. Cisco managed 5. CCTV/Fingerprint attendance system management 6. Backup management - NAS box a. Provide hand holding to users b. Troubleshoot as per instructions from HQ/Vendor c. Document the above and user issues 8. Routers and firewall 9. Report and co-ordinate with HQ on all technical aspects/issues 10. Asset management 11. Familiar with operation of manufacturing plant Work experience of 5 years in the following area preferred: 1. IT Infrastructure Support - a. Setup, maintain hardware and software, network inventories and update-to-date servers and desktops. 2. IT Operation / Security Administrator - a. Maintain Hardware Firewall to secure network virus-free, trouble-free environments. (Configuring Firewall Security Policies, IPS rules, Content Filtering with transparent proxy for internet browsing, Data Leakage Prevention, Gateway Antivirus as per organization requirement). b. Configuration of access lists, routers and Vlans on Cisco devices as per requirement. Manage day-to-day management and strict implementation of IT policies, Install & Maintain Symantec & Seqrite Antivirus Server for Corporate Edition. 3. IT Application Support - a. support users across multiple departments on using customized software 4. Hardware Management - a. maintain hardware computers in all sizes and other equipment in IT. Ensure uptime of computer related equipment in the assembly line. 5. Domain/ Web Administrator - a. Maintain full control of domains, handle name servers for hosting websites, intranet. 6. Exposure to IOT fundamentals . Good communication skills - spoken and written English Salary: 360,000.00 - 450,000.00 per year Perks: - Health insurance - L .
