We are looking for an AI Lead Engineer with strong experience in Core AI/ML along with exposure to Generative AI technologies Experience: 4-6 Years Location: Mohali -WFO Role & responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across multiple business use cases. - Develop and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for prediction, classification, recommendation, NLP, and Computer Vision tasks. - Build and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications including RAG pipelines and AI agents. - Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning. - Develop scalable AI APIs and backend services using Python frameworks. - Work on model deployment, monitoring, scalability, and performance optimization in production environments. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions. - Mentor junior engineers and support technical design and architecture discussions. - Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and automated deployment workflows. - Stay updated with advancements in AI, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and emerging frameworks/tools.
