Quality Engineer - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities Prepare quality observation reports and quality walk schedules. Conduct regular site inspections with Project Engineers and Supervisors, highlighting major quality concerns and ensuring timely closure. Track and monitor quality observations, NCRs, checklist compliance, material quality issues, and corrective actions. Ensure all units are snagged and de-snagged before handover and monitor the entire process. Conduct contractor kick-off meetings and ensure method statements, mock-ups, and workmen training are completed before activity commencement. Analyze snagging, de-snagging, checklist compliance, material quality, and NCR trends, and present findings in weekly/monthly reviews. Drive quality awareness initiatives through posters, visual communications, method statements, and site campaigns. Organize and conduct quality-related training sessions and awareness events. Coordinate with Project Heads, Cluster Heads, contractors, and site teams to maintain quality standards across projects. Qualifications & Skills Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the Real Estate industry (Mandatory). Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, site inspections, snagging, handover processes, and NCR management. Good analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
