Support Engineer

Support Engineer with good Communication skills and passion for technologies. You will be part of cross-functional support team and will meet / understand the product / customer requirements / customer issue. You will work on customer issues and provide quality support to the customer. Daily you will analyze the issues raised by the customer. Job Description Very good communication skills is a must. Knowledge on L1 and L2 support process is a must. Knowledge of deploying applications is good to have. Knowledge on technologies like Core Java, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Webservices is an added advantage. Should possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and should be a quick learner. Desired Candidate Profile Any Engineering Graduate (Any Stream). Good verbal communication skills must. Team Player. Can coordinate internally with team well. Willing to work on Night Shift / Morning Shift. .
