About the role
Job Description: The Sr. Technical Lead will act as a technical authority, mentoring teams and solving complex challenges to ensure the delivery of robust solutions for the SmartVault and OCMP platforms. Responsibilities: Lead the development of backend and frontend modules . Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with architectural goals. Conduct code reviews and promote adherence to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features. Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority technical issues. Required Skills: Advanced proficiency in Node.js, Kafka, and Redis. Strong experience using MEAN Stack. Good understanding of JAVA Technologies Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Experience: 7+ years in software development, including leadership roles.
