About the role
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance. Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence across the team. Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust, long-term solutions. Drive continuous improvement in development processes and engineering standards. Required Skills 6+ years of experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Node.js (MERN) is a must. Expertise in Java and Python are added advantage . Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs . Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines . Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design . Experience with Git , Agile methodologies, and modern development practices. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience building scalable enterprise or SaaS applications. Exposure to DevOps, cloud-native development, and distributed systems is preferred.
