JOB SUMMARY You will build and deliver user-facing applications that support risk and data-driven decision making. In this role, you will develop modern web interfaces, collaborate with backend engineers, and deploy solutions on Azure. Your work will help turn complex business needs into reliable, production-ready tools used across the organization. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build scalable front-end applications using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

Develop reusable UI components and maintain them in shared component libraries (Storybook)

Deliver production releases through CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure services

Collaborate with backend engineers to design and integrate Python/Django APIs

Monitor and improve application performance, including loading, rendering, and data handling

Implement authentication and authorization across environments

Write clean, testable code and contribute to engineering standards and code reviews

Document technical decisions and mentor junior team members

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

5+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development

Front-End:Strong experience with React and TypeScript. Experience building production-grade UI applications. Hands-on experience with advanced data grid tools (AG Grid preferred), including server-side data handling and performance tuning. Experience creating and maintaining component libraries or design systems

Back-End: Working knowledge of Python and web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI

Data: Experience writing SQL queries and performing data analysis tasks

Cloud / Infrastructure: Experience working with Microsoft Azure, including services such as App Service, Functions, or Containers

DevOps: Experience with modern build tools (Node.js, Vite, npm workspaces or monorepos). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions

Tools: Familiarity with GitHub and VS Code

Additional Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Azure Databricks, including PySpark, Delta Lake, or workflow orchestration

Experience working in financial services, especially risk management

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or workflows
