Description: We looking for Oracle HCM Consultant, you will participate on design, development, testing and delivery of Oracle application solutions for Accenture clients in various industries. You will capture functional and technical requirements from the client and translate business requirements in Oracle requirements identifying the best solution. You will be responsible for Oracle ERP HCM development, its customizations and deployment of the solution. Responsibilities Provided extended support for configuration setups in serious Phases (DEV/UAT/PROD). Customized BI Publisher and OTBI reports as per the requirement. Worked in support phase for HR and payroll Modules. Developed Daily transaction reports like Grand reports, new hire, rehire reports. Developed custom HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Analysis and Dashboards Created sandbox/ page personalization Created test script for Core hr and payroll modules. Configured Career Site, Job Application, Candidate Selection process and Questionnaire template in Oracle recruiting Cloud (ORC). Implementation experience with Worker Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS). Creating data models in HCM, schedule processes, built and design BI and OTBI reports. Working with complex SQL statements. Experience in Setup and Configuration of Enterprise and Workforce Structures. Experience on functional background on HCM business process mapping, gap analysis, CRP, functional specifications, set ups, personalization, User manual preparation and training Experience on experience in identifying business requirements and mapping them to Oracle Cloud Application functionality. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, software design, engineering, information systems, related field or comparable years of experience. Oracle Fusion Middleware (WebLogic Server, XML, SOA Suite etc.) Java Automated Testing (Regression Testing and Performance Testing) Selenium PaaS, DBCS, OIC (Oracle Integration cloud)
