Role Overview: As a Salesforce CRM Technical Architect at Smith+Nephew, you will play a crucial role in delivering, operating, and supporting upcoming CRM projects and services. You will work closely with EMEA, US Commercial teams, and CRM development teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions. Your expertise will be essential in executing and shaping the IT Commercial strategy and CRM roadmap. Your responsibilities will include designing CRM solutions, leveraging emerging technologies, and driving innovation and adoption of CRM within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Work with commercial teams to capture business requirements, prioritize development backlog, and plan delivery schedule - Design CRM solutions in areas such as Account Planning, Customers Segmentation, Territory Management, and more - Oversee solution architecture and design for CRM implementation - Evaluate and leverage CRM emerging technologies to support company growth - Be a thought leader by providing valuable strategies and solutions for CRM adoption - Lead agile delivery processes and guide development teams to deliver desired business user stories - Advise on overall enterprise architecture and roadmap including technology, data, security, and integration - Facilitate technical business process review workshops and perform detailed technical analysis of client requirements - Develop project deliverables such as technical business requirements, solution design, user stories, and more - Drive on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery of salesforce.com solution implementations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree Level or above in IT - 9+ years' experience in leading Salesforce design, build & deployment activities - Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer1, and AI Associate or Agentforce - At least two architect level certifications - Experience in managing and deploying SaaS platforms - Experience in life sciences and/or medical device company preferred - Excellent communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a global multi-cultural environment Additional Details: Smith+Nephew believes in crafting the greatest good for society through investments in people and patients.
