About the role
We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineering Lead with expertise in Java, Python, and AI-enabled Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend engineering and experience working with AI technologies. Roles and Responsibility Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems using Java and Python. Lead the development of AI-enabled systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely solutions. Mentor junior engineers, guiding them on best practices and coding techniques. Job Requirements Strong proficiency in Java and Python programming languages. Experience with AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers. Ability to work in an agile environment, collaborating with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices.
