About the role
Overview
As the product specialist, you wil support Tool Control Engineering Staff by completing assigned technical and logistical tasks, including:
Support ATC Assembly line
Complete technical writing assignments.
Technical Writing Activities
Responsibilities
-
Prepare components and/or complete systems for internal and field tests, certification, and demonstrations

Conduct new feature and system tests as assigned and document results
-
Assist Engineering staff in demo and prototype unit builds
-
Utilize Technical Writing skills to produce technical documentation, operation manuals, parts lists, process and feature instructions, and other documentation for internal teams.

Create and maintain OS images for the product line.
-
Occasional travel required to set up beta tests at remote sites.
-
Liaison with manufacturing and assembly line.

Maintain Lab Equipment in workable order
Qualifications
-
Experience in a Tool Crib or Maintenance Environment
-
2 Year Associates Degree Preferred in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
-
Working knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and Installation Management
-
Technical writing experience
-
Able to work with others and with minimal supervision.
-
Must possess excellent communication skills and have experience interfacing with all levels internally and externally, including customer base.

Must possess good time management and organizational skills, as well as problem solving and analytical skills.
-
Must be able to obtain/maintain credentials as required.

Proficiency in use of Window Office applications
