Survey Programmer(Qualtrics)

Role Definition The Survey Programmer is responsible for survey scripting and plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. Their primary responsibilities include accurately programming surveys, delivering projects on time, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process Responsibility Deliverables 1 Survey Scripting 2 Communication 3 Learning Tasks & Activities Survey Scripting Review survey questionnaires and formulate recommendations to ensure efficient programming and optimal data layout. Programming: Use specialized survey software tools to program surveys, ensuring that questions are presented logically and in a user-friendly manner. Test surveys to ensure all client instructions/standards, programming instructions, logic, flow have been implemented. Prepare the survey for launch based on client standards and requirements. Perform soft launch data checks to ensure that the programming is functioning flawlessly. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to survey programming. Communication Communicate via email with both the client and internal team members. Respond to the client s email within 15 minutes with clear and effective writing. Learning Explore the advanced features of survey software, such as MaxDiff, Conjoint, Typing tools, and more. Learn and implement custom setups and features using JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS. Skills Required Technical and Problem Solving skills. Effective Communication skills Should have capable to program Level 3 compexity job indepentently in Qualtrics. Confident / Go-getter, Flexible,Team player and proactive Experience Required 1+ years of experience with the Qualtrics survey programming tool. Expert in Qualtrics with moderate knowledge of ConfirmIT tools. Languages known (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JScript). Comfortable with rotational shifts and Work From office
