About the role
Role & responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. Prepare baseline schedules, catch-up plans, and recovery schedules. Monitor project progress against planned milestones and identify schedule risks and delays. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure timely project execution. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and MIS reports. Conduct delay analysis, critical path analysis, and productivity tracking. Monitor resource allocation and support project teams in optimizing manpower, materials, and equipment. Review subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master project schedule. Support budgeting, cost monitoring, and cash flow planning. Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual requirements, and quality standards. Desired Profile: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 12 -15 years of experience in planning and project controls for high-rise residential building projects. Strong experience working on projects in Mumbai or the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel. Good understanding of construction methodologies, project sequencing, and contract management. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Preferred Experience: Experience with developers or reputed EPC/construction companies executing residential towers of 40+ storey. Exposure to project reporting, earned value management (EVM), delay analysis, and project control systems. Familiarity with BIM-based planning and digital project management tools is an added advantage. Note: Candidates from Mumbai can only apply.
