Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain core application features in Ruby on Rails. Integrate and manage payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). Write and optimize background jobs for smooth asynchronous processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Write and maintain RSpec test cases ensuring code reliability and coverage. Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues efficiently. Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Requirements : 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails. Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL). Experience with background job systems like Sidekiq, Resque, or Delayed Job. Solid grasp of Stripe/PayPal API integration. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
