About the role
As an AI Generalist at our company, you will play a crucial role in building an AI-driven influencer marketing product that serves as a smart campaign associate for brands and teams. Your responsibilities will include decoding audience pulse, creator voice, brand DNA, campaign opportunities, content strategies, scripts, creator recommendations, and influencer marketing insights. Key Responsibilities: - Building and improving AI workflows for campaign planning, scriptwriting, creator analysis, and brand strategy - Working with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG systems, APIs, and automation workflows - Managing backend systems, integrations, data flows, and AWS infrastructure - Improving output quality, response speed, scalability, and product performance - Collaborating closely with strategy and marketing teams to translate ideas into product features Qualifications Required: - Strong coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js - Experience with APIs, AWS, databases, and backend systems - Understanding of AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and automation - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment - Product-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills - Interest in AI, marketing technology, and the creator economy This opportunity is perfect for someone who is eager to build, experiment, improve, and take ownership of an AI product right from its inception.
