About the role
You will contribute to a high-throughput, low-latency trading platform, with direct impact on business performance: Design and develop high-performance Java components for real-time trading systems
Deliver new features while maintaining strict latency, throughput and resiliency constraints
Analyse and optimise system performance (CPU, memory, threading, GC)
Collaborate closely with traders, business analysts and support teams
Participate in production support (L3) and ensure system reliability
Contribute to architecture evolution and scalability improvements
Support onboarding of new products and business expansions
Continuously improve development practices, tooling and automation
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and code quality
