Project Manager Civil

Position: Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager Role & responsibilities Plan, manage, and monitor all construction activities from foundation to project completion. Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and government authorities. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Monitor RCC, finishing, waterproofing, MEP, and external development works. Review BOQs, contractor bills, material consumption, and project costs. Prepare project schedules, weekly progress reports, and management updates. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements. Resolve technical and site-related issues to avoid project delays. Maintain effective coordination between all stakeholders to achieve project milestones. Preferred candidate profile B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 10 - 12 years of experience in commercial building construction. Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, BOQs, billing, quality control, and project planning. Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
