As a UI/UX Designer, your role will involve joining the localisation and production team as a detail-oriented and technically capable Digital Banner Production Designer. You will primarily focus on building, adapting, and localising HTML5 digital banners and static assets for paid social media campaigns across various platforms like Meta, Google Display, and LinkedIn. Your main responsibility will be to work from approved master creative files, apply localised copy, and produce pixel-perfect outputs that meet platform specifications accurately and efficiently at scale. Key Responsibilities: - Build and adapt HTML5 animated banners using Google Web Designer (GWD) or hand-coded HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript. - Localise approved master assets with translated copy across multiple languages and markets. - Produce multiple size adapts per campaign following platform specifications. - Apply consistent naming conventions to all output files as per project briefs. - Work from Figma design files or PSD/AI source files to replicate approved layouts accurately. - QC all outputs against brief, checking copy accuracy, font rendering, animation timing, and file weight. - Organise and package final files for delivery to media teams. - Flag any copy fit issues, animation concerns, or spec conflicts to the production lead. - Maintain organised working files in shared drives (Google Drive / Figma) throughout production. Required Skills & Knowledge: Technical: - Proficiency in Google Web Designer (GWD) for building and adapting HTML5 banners. - Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript for banner production. - Ability to read and edit HTML/CSS code for copy updates, layout adjustments, and bug fixes. - Understanding of platform ad specifications including file formats, dimensions, file size limits, animation duration, and safe zones across Meta, Google Display Network, and LinkedIn. - Familiarity with Figma for extracting assets, fonts, colours, and layout references from design files. - Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset extraction.
