Job description (Forcepoint DLP): Administration of the DLP tool which includes incident management, configuring policies & reporting for Forcepoint DLP Endpoint, email & WebTroubleshooting any issues related to DLPPolicy Creation/modification/fine tuning/ of new customized policies on DLP console.Understand and follow the incident response process & incident escalationsAnalyse reports from DLP tool, eliminate false positives, policy fine tuningClose coordination with OEM and other internal or external stakeholders for DLP related activities.Contribute to overall DLP process improvements and documentation .
