Technical Specialist

Level: L2 Experience: 4 to 5 years Location: Mumbai Key Skills & Experience Required –NetApp Storage: 45 years of handson experience in implementing, configuring, and managing NetApp storage systems (including ONTAP, ESeries, and FAS). Proven ability to perform system upgrades, patch management, and capacity/performance optimization in NetApp environments. Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving storagerelated issues, with the ability to perform effective root cause analysis. Deep understanding of storage protocols such as SAN, NAS, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel. Experience integrating NetApp storage with virtualization and backup solutions (e.g., VMware, Veeam, Veritas). Working knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems, especially in the context of storage deployment and management. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
