Hiring: Business Systems Analyst IT Delivery About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst IT Delivery to bridge the gap between business and technology by translating business requirements into effective IT solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, document functional requirements, drive solution implementation, and ensure successful project delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience working across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements.Perform gap analysis and prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD).Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements.Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.Track IT requirements and provide regular project status updates.Conduct business user demos and manage stakeholder expectations.Support solution implementation, production sanity testing, and hypercare activities.Coordinate UAT, review test cases, and ensure comprehensive testing.Analyze change requests and assess cross-functional impacts.Recommend system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements.Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.Maintain project timelines, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.Build strong relationships with business and technology teams to enable successful project execution.Required Skills & Experience58 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.Experience working on mobile-based insurance sourcing applications.Hands-on experience with JIRA for requirement and project tracking.Exposure to Flutter-based projects is preferred.Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience in business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation.Strong knowledge of UAT, testing processes, and production support.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Preferred QualificationsPostgraduate degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Experience in the Insurance or BFSI domain is highly preferred.Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.What We're Looking ForStrong problem-solving and analytical mindset.Excellent documentation and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering business value.Self-driven professional with ownership and accountability. .
