About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : Provide technical support for infrastructure issues on Linux systems, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues that impact application performance or availability. Develop automation scripts using Python to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. Troubleshoot complex system issues using tools like Bash, Python, and NoSQL databases. Job Requirements : 3-5 years of experience in Infrastructure Support Engineering or related field. Strong understanding of DevOps practices and principles. Proficiency in Linux operating systems (Unix) and ability to work comfortably at the command line.
